the hotel provided a shuttle bus to nearby attractions and the mall which was very convenient. the decor and comfort of the room was exceptional. the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was delicious. the bathroom was very clean and the service was great.
There were a few minor inconveniences such as the wifi being difficult to connect to initially. we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very satisfying, and the hotel facilities were very comfortable and well-decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy transportation options.

The breakfast buffet was diverse with many options to choose from. the decor was extravagant and comforting- it seems no expense was spared.
The cleaning service left our used glasses and coffee cups behind, not providing us with a replacement. the hotel's wifi connection was complicated to connect to and had issues with recognizing our details.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the decor was luxurious. There was a shuttle bus available for transportation to the mall and snow dome. The walk to the mall was also enjoyable.
The cleaning service was not up to standard as they did not replace used cups and glasses. The wifi was difficult to connect to.

This hotel impressed me with its luxurious amenities and beautiful decor. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and the shuttle bus to the nearby mall and snow dome was convenient. the room advantages, including private facilities and exceptional service, ensured a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The cleaning service did not replace used glasses and coffee cups which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the positive experience overall surpassed this one issue.
